Monsoon Productions, founded in 2002, provides support, strategy and execution of local and international opportunities for artists who are not only talented, passionate but called and committed.

The artist who can perform before, and innately connect with audiences across cultural and geographical boundaries carries a rare and unique gift. The music industry is interesting and complex, especially in the current global climate however, opportunities will always exist when there is authentic and original talent partnered with smart and strategic management.

With industry relationships in the USA, UK and Europe as well as our key regions in Asia Pacific, Monsoon Productions develops local and international artists through strategic career development, regular performance opportunities, recording and touring projects.

Our main offices are located in Sydney, Singapore, Seoul  and soon in Nashville which span a worldwide presence linking both western and Asia Pacific artists and networks.  Based on our unique experience and relationships in working in over 16 countries we see increasing potential for interaction in the years to come in light of the music and entertainment industries.

Our vision is to be leaders in artist, tour and event management, developing long term global influence and successful careers through the showcasing and development of artists locally and internationally.

• To mentor, support, and financially assist artists in reaching their full potential as performing and recording artists.

An artist’s career is a journey, requiring the right support to navigate through a tough but rewarding path. Our team brings a combined industry experience of over 30 years and working in over 16 countries.  Our integrated relationships and network bring unique value to help build a solid career for the artists, whether  just beginning or well seasoned.

Our team is comprised of people who are seasoned artist, tour and event managers, most of whom are themselves, artists or musicians. Collectively this provides for insightful, innovative, fair and true partnerships in all our practices and activities. As the industry continues to evolve, we understand both the traditional interactions between agents, mangers, record labels, publishing, touring, merchandising  and distribution aspects of the artist’s palette, as well as the need to be constantly developing new models and methods to maximise the artist’s potential.

Based on this experience what we offer our artists is the highest degree of excellence and professionalism but most importantly we are passionate about what we do.

Founded on principles

Our belief is that the expression of the artist should maintain the highest integrity, communicating into one's soul, and move audiences to new emotional highs and lows.

More importantly our team is founded on the principle of treating others as you would want to be treated, with respect and agreements that are fair and mutually beneficial. Both artist and manager need to navigate the following situations:

Can and will the artist be able to work hard when things are not going great personally?

What happens if the artist loses the passion?

What if an artist is content with where they are but manager sees greater potential?

We love what we do.  We respect and believe in our artists and we respect and believe in each other.  The living out of this culture is not automatic, it requires careful and resolute decision making, consistent dealings, a great deal of patience and commitment to hard work.

Monsoon represents artists (singer-songwriters, musicians, instrumentalists), bands, composers/song writers, , conductors, dancers, and stage directors based in any country through our network of relationships in the industry both locally abroad.
