Recording and Production

We are in the age of independent Artists. More and more Artists are choosing to manage their own recording, production and touring activities. We see a serious need for an innovative and holistic approach to this realm of the Artist's career and subsequently offer this unique and specialised project management service. Sourcing and finding the right producer, designer, photographer, distribution avenues or label, subsequent touring paths as well as local and international promotion really can't (and shouldn't) be separated. At Monsoon we are interested in developing the Artist with potential from the ground up. It's not for every Artist we deal with, as the Artist/Manager relationship is not unlike a marriage! Aside from the actual music and talent side of things, BOTH parties have to ask these key questions:
